What is good about being in the hospital for you? You know what you need to do to stay safe. Are you making even remotely acceptable choices for your life? A lot of it seems manipulative imo. You asked for feedback. I find it amazing that you would have diazepam delivered to you!! Then you go and act out even more. I shared with you about my experiences with BPD pain, which I think is what is going on for you. I get that you are in pain, but your coping skills are not appropriate from what you write. How is it working on getting better to swallow foreign objects, take overdoses and mix alcohol and meds and live in a limbo of never really knowing if you will get a hospital admission. You are getting so many services compared to the U.S. -make use of them,Golden. Work hard at healthier choices. You are bigger than a case of Golden Psychiatry. Please remember,do what you need to in order to stay safe. Also, you asked for feedback and that is what I'm giving you. Please consider blogging about the things you are doing that are pro active toward recovery. Do you really want to get better? Have you gotten the RX for lamotrigine? You got some benzos and alcohol . You didn't mention if you've picked up the med that may actually help you long-term. Is it easier to operate in chaotic, crisis mode? Has it become second nature to you? Please consider taking better care of yourself. You need and deserve attention, but there are lots of great ways to get it and can begin at any moment to change your life's story. You are worth it! :-)<br />Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3314747476160743530.post-74359014096475162502013-05-12T21:29:47.394+01:002013-05-12T21:29:47.394+01:00just take another valium and dont drink the vodka ...just take another valium and dont drink the vodka - what is known as life / therapy interfering behaviour. you are sabotaging all that hard work you have done *Brimmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08894849666118178992noreply@blogger.com
